Body Composition Testing Are you curious to know how much muscle or fat you really have? Odyssey offers Body Composition testing! This program provides members with accurate print-outs highlighting lean body mass, weight excess and your metabolic rate; along with nutritional information. These tests are stored in our database so you can compare your training results over time.
