Odyssey Health and Wellness Center Starting an exercise plan for the first time or coming back after a layoff can be a very intimidating thing and you may have a few or many questions. One of the things we believe in is helping you get fit and see the results want.
We will help you every step of the way with a properly designed plan taking into account: Weight Training Cardiovascular Fitness Nutrition ...and of course rest!
Included with every membership: Fitness Assessment - Spend an 1-1.5 hours with one of Odyssey's Personal Trainers and get a VO2 max test, body measurements, flexibilty and strength tests to find out your fitness level and explain the appropriate plan for you! Nutritional Consultation - Spend an hour with Odyssey's Sports Nutritionist and get advice on healthy eating habits and supplementation
2 Equipment Demo's/Personal Training - First time in a club and unsure of where to start? No problem, we were all there at one point. One of our strength trainers will set up a personalized program and take you through it every step of the way.
Power Yoga *A Yoga class designed for athletes who want to increase flexibility and balance muscle tone in order to prevent injuries while improving mental and physical health. This is an invigorating class which will challenge and rejuvenate individuals from all fitness levels. $2.00 + tax for members. $7.00 + tax drop-in for non-members.
