EXCLUSIVE! - 24 HOUR ACCESS 24 hour access is exclusively available at Odyssey 24 Hour Health and Fitness Centres. After hours security is maintained through a sophisticated system, the same access system as many hospitals and government buildings. It consists of a card key system, video cameras and other security features. The system is wired directly to our security company and is armed whenever you are inside the centre.
Ladies Only Area Odyssey 24 Hour Health and Fitness Centres boast one of the largest ladies only areas in Victoria. All of the equipment you need for a complete workout is specially designed for women, in an area exclusively for women.
Cardio Theatres Odyssey 24 Hour Health and Fitness Centres all have a complete cardio centre with a wide variety of equipment including; Lifefitness eliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, stair-climbers and tread-mills. Television sets with FM transistors and closed captioning allow you to select your favourite channel and work out while catching the news, the game, or your favourite show.
Free Weights & Strength Training Machines One of the largest free weight area on Vancouver Island is contained within Odyssey 24 Hour Health and Fitness Centre. Countless weights are provided adjacent to specialized HammerStrength and Apex machines.
What more can we say other than we maintain our equipment to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Far more equipment than could ever be required is available for your use 24 hours a day. Many workout stations are duplicated, even tripled to ensure there is no waiting.
